Tasha Empire was founded by Amylia Nastasha Aziz , a visionary Malaysian entrepreneur with strong passion in business, branding, and product innovation. The company began humbly in 2015, operating from her home, where she started by importing products from overseas and reselling them through social media platforms.
Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Amylia Nastasha built her career in aviation. She served as a Cabin Crew with AirAsia in 2013 and later progressed to AirAsia X in 2017. The experience exposed her to international markets, global product trends, high standards of customer service and discipline—all of which shaped her entrepreneurial mindset. In pursuit of building her business empire, she resigned and dedicated herself fully to business.
By 2 SEPTEMBER 2015, the company officially registered as Glamorous By T then by 16 OCTOBER 2023 upgrade to Tasha Empire HQ (M) Sdn Bhd, marking its transformation from a small home-based business into a corporate entity. Next Tasha Empire started distributing FG Walet bird’s nest products by DATIN FOUZIAH GOUS and later collaborated with AilyQary to distribute various trending lifestyle items across Malaysia. As the market evolved, Tasha Empire streamlined its focus and continued expanding with FG Walet and Aducktive as core distribution brands.

2023: Introduced Bird Nest Exfoliating Gel under Tasha Beauty, combining premium bird’s nest extract with skincare science.
2024: Launched Sambal Garing Bilis – Tasha Food, a healthier ready-to-eat Malaysian sambal without MSG and without oil, using Air Dry Technology.
2025: Expanded into the beverage market with Coffee by Tasha and Tasha Sparkling Drink, entering the F&B lifestyle segment.
Today, Tasha Empire continues to grow as a 100% Bumiputera-owned company with a strong retail and distribution network across Malaysia through petrol stations, supermarket, minimarts, factory mart's, pharmacies, restaurants, beauty stores, and e-commerce platforms as which TIKTOK SHOP and Shopee. Amylia Nastasha continues to lead the company with a mission to empower local entrepreneurs, build strong Malaysian brands, and bring local products to international markets.
In 2020, we achieved our very first milestone when Tasha Empire was awarded FG Walet 1st Runner Up with a total achievement of RM1,123,006.00. This recognition became a powerful motivation for us — a reminder that with passion, discipline and resilience, we can go further than we ever imagined. It was not just an award, but a spark that fueled our journey to grow bigger, go further, and inspire more people along the way.
In 2021, Tasha Empire continued to grow with resilience and determination, achieving another remarkable milestone with FG Walet. The Runner Up Award with a total achievement of RM3,000 was presented to us during a prestigious ceremony held at Concorde Hotel Shah Alam on 15th April 2022. What made this achievement truly meaningful was the fact that it was earned during one of the toughest periods in history — the COVID-19 pandemic. While businesses struggled and the world faced uncertainty, we chose to rise, adapt and push forward. This recognition strengthened our belief that success is not only built in good times, but also through challenges, sacrifices, and unwavering commitment to our mission. The momentum continued for Tasha Empire as we achieved another significant milestone in 2022, once again being honoured as Runner Up with a total achievement of RM15,000. The award ceremony took place on 27 March 2023 at the esteemed Concorde Hotel Shah Alam, marking the third consecutive year we were recognised by FG Walet for our business growth and commitment. This achievement represented more than numbers — it reflected the trust of our loyal customers, the dedication of our team, and our continuous journey of progress despite market competition and economic fluctuations. That year, we proudly secured Top 10 Stokis for ButikKosmetik.com and were also recognised as one of the Top Stokis for KISU, proving our capability to compete and perform even in a fast-paced and highly competitive beauty market. This achievement was especially meaningful as it was our first milestone under the Ailyqairy network, and it became the starting point that shaped our business journey. With zero background in this industry and no experience in large-scale distribution at that time, we built our success through strong discipline, consistent effort and a never-give-up mindset. What began as a small team with big dreams slowly transformed into a fast-growing brand — and this early success laid the foundation for many greater achievements that followed.
In 2021, Tasha Empire continued to prove its strength beyond a single industry when we achieved multiple breakthrough records under the Ailyqairy business network. That year, we were proudly recognised as Top 1 Stokis for KISU, Top 1 Stokis for NILOFA, and Top 1 Stokis for ButikKosmetikDotCom, outperforming hundreds of other stockists across Malaysia. Our relentless drive, strong team discipline and aggressive growth strategy also led us to receive the prestigious Top Break Record 2021 Award from Ailyqairy. Between June and December 2021, Tasha Empire continued to build a strong business legacy through dedication, discipline and consistent sales performance. During this period, we were proudly honoured with the Two Star Achiever Award after recording sales of RM43,344.00 as an Agent — a meaningful milestone that marked our early journey of growth in the business world. But our momentum did not stop there. Driven by commitment and resilience, we took on a bigger challenge and successfully became Aducktive Top Agent, achieving an impressive total of RM89,627.00 in sales. These achievements were not handed to us; they were earned through sleepless nights, strong strategies, and an unbreakable fighting spirit during one of the most challenging times in history — the recovery phase of the COVID-19 pandemic. While many were still struggling to rebuild, we chose to rise and lead. These awards became proof that Tasha Empire was not built overnight — it was built through consistency, hard work and faith. Every achievement strengthened our mission to grow bigger, empower more entrepreneurs and inspire many others to chase success without excuses.
In 2024, Tasha Empire achieved another significant milestone when we were selected as one of the recipients of the entrepreneur development grant from PERDA (Penang Regional Development Authority), a program established to empower and strengthen local entrepreneurs. This recognition is a testament to our continuous growth, dedication, and commitment in building a sustainable business that contributes to the local economy. The support we received through this grant played an important role in accelerating our business development, and one of the first major achievements that came from it was the installation of our very first official company signboard—a long-awaited dream that symbolises progress, identity, and brand presence. For years, we operated with strong determination and resilience, and receiving this grant not only boosted our business operations but also strengthened our belief that with hard work and perseverance, success will follow. Today, our signboard stands proudly as a reminder of our journey from humble beginnings to a growing company with nationwide distribution, and it continues to inspire us to move forward with greater ambitions and higher goals.
